*Do not put the full address in the "Your Desired SubDomain Field. Only put the name you want your website to be. If you want mywebsite.emf411.com, you would only enter "mywebsite" for example. Return to Sign Up Form

Your BioPro Website's Affiliate ID Field:
You need only put your Affiliate ID. The form will not work if you put the whole address. So, if your BioPro website URL is:

http://www.mybiopro.com/Products.aspx?ID=immaculate123

Then you would simply put "immaculate123"
